We used to live a pretty suburban life-- went to college for several
years and got degrees, bought a three-bedroom house, had two bikes each
(one for mountains and one for roads), had three chickens, two cars and
two very respectable jobs. Then we said good-bye to all of it, and now
our home is a one bedroom apartment in one crowded, smoggy, and
interesting city.
In 2016, life got more interesting with the addition of our daughter, who we will call Dumpling. She was made in China and born in China.
So now we are still trying to fit into China and figure out how to be parents.
